Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for refund. After 30 days, no refund will be processed. ALL RETURN ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Items must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Return shipping to PodsREPAIR.COM will be at customer expense. When returning item please indicate on the shipping box "RETURN" also please make sure name from who package is shipped and by who item was purchased are similar and are in our data base!

Exchange:

Shipping of the replacement item is at customers expense. When sending item for an exchange please indicate on the shipping box EXCHANGE also please make sure name from who package is shipped and by who item was purchased are similar and are in our data base!

Defective Items or Wrong Items Sent:

If item received is defective and replacement is available, you may return it for an exchange. Exchange will be shipped only after the defective item is returned. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. Defective items or wrong items shipped will not be charged 15% restocking fee. Exchange item will be shipped out at no charge. If replacement item is not available you may return the item for full refund. You will be refunded the full cost of the item along with the shipping charges. Return shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.

Repair Services:
